Overview

A holiday at Villa Tal Hamsa can be as fun-filled or relaxing as you wish. A morning water skiing at St Nicholas Beach, followed by a long lazy seafood lunch by the villa’s pool, soaking up the phenomenal view across the Ionian Sea. An afternoon at the world famous Shipwreck Beach, reached only by boat, with a pre-ordered bespoke picnic hamper, followed by an evening sampling one of the many sea-side restaurants or using one of the villa’s tried and tested in-villa chefs. Villa Tal Hamsa is a perfect setting for families and friends to kick back and relax.

Situated ontop of a hill amongst the olive groves of Northern Zakynthos, with unrivalled views of the Ionian Sea and St Nicholas Island, Villa Tal Hamsa offers something for everyone. All 7 bedrooms (3 ensuite and 2 additional bathrooms) have air-conditioning and fans, while 5 of the bedrooms also boast heating for the Winter.
On the top floor are 3 bedrooms, including the master with ensuite, and a twin and double bedroom, both with their own balconys, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a recent addition of a bath. These bedrooms surround the spacious sitting room which has a log-fire and smart television (including BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Disney Plus and a DVD player) at one end, and an additional seating area and balcony at the other. Wifi is available throughout the villa.
One floor down you will find 2 further bedrooms, both ensuite, and a large kitchen full of all the amenities one would expect (including electric oven, family fridge, drinks fridge, larder, dishwasher and microwave). Guests can either dine inside on the large round kitchen table complete with sea view, on the balcony outside in the sun, or an additional outdoor shaded dining area complete with BBQ. Views from here are directly over the swimming pool so you can keep an eye on your little ones during your long, lazy lunches!

A further floor down are 2 additional twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a balcony looking directly over the sea. A laundry room complete with spare linen, towels and washing machine is also on this floor, but with twice weekly housekeeping as standard, you won’t need to venture in here.

Outside the villa you will find beautiful mature gardens, with numerous shaded areas, crucial in the summer heat. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a sufficient number of sunbeds, daybed and hammocks to keep everyone happy, and a table tennis table is tucked under the shade of an olive tree. There is an additional loo for use when by the pool or dining outside, and fresh rosemary, bay and mint can all be found in the garden. The airport is a 45 minute to 1 hour drive to Villa Tal Hamsa.
